1. Refunds
Refunds will only be granted under the following circumstances:
Duplicate transactions
Technical/payment system errors
Service not rendered due to company-side cancellation or operational issues
Important Notes:
Refunds are not applicable for completed services or no-show customers.
All refund requests must be made within 7 days from the transaction date.
Once your refund request is approved, the amount will be refunded to your original method of payment within 7–14 working days, depending on your bank or card issuer’s processing time.
We reserve the right to approve or reject refund requests based on investigation.
2. Cancellations by Customer
We understand that plans may change. You may cancel your booking under the following terms:

3. Cancellations by AJ Express
In the rare case we need to cancel a booking due to operational or safety issues, a full refund will be issued. We will notify you as early as possible and assist in rescheduling or alternative arrangements.
